HACCP : Hazard Analyse Criticals Controls Points Our products are under strict production rules established by INAO (Institut National Appelation d’Origine). However, Mr and Mrs DULON have decided to institute a quality process schedule called HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Worried about quality, this process is a response to: 3 years ago, has been created an HACCP book useful to control the complete wine making process from picking and harvesting till packaging the product. With this system, we have also established a traceability process in order to follow the product during its whole life. Indeed, thanks to a lot number given to every bottles, we’re able to follow the product during its whole life. |

IPM : Integrated Pest Management Useful to protect vineyard and environment, Vignobles DULON has chosen to apply IPM 5 years ago in order to respond to environment importance. The goal of this procedure is to set a strong environmental politic up concerning vine cultivation. To reach that goal, we have established a projected schedule concerning the year’s vineyard interventions; then these interventions are analyzed and we decide when is the best moment to proceed to, regarding to these 4 elements: For us, combining traditional hand making with technical innovation is really important for environmental protection and our product’s quality.
