Cépages
70 % Sémillon , 30 % Sauvignon

 

Yellow robe with some green reflects. Soft in the mouth with a light acidity. Later, we note a great aromatic complexity, with some exotic fruits aromas which make a very good Entre-Deux-Mers !
To be served between 8 and 10°C with raw vegetables, white meats and fishes.

 

A delicate woody taste with notes of grilled bread, and vanilla. A mouth full of black and red fruits with a concentration of sugar due to full ripeness of the grapes...
