Vine-Growing
We try to protect the environement as much as possible this is why we do the work on the vineyard only if necessary to save the quality of our grapes.

 

Lovely bright robe with some yellow tints, fine and fruity nose (quince and grapefruit). The powerful mouth offers a great aromatic complexity with a mineral note at the end. This dry white wine is the reflection of the characteristic soil of Haut-Benauge.
To be consumed during the two years following the harvest.
To be served between 8 and 10°C, with some raw vegetables, white meats, seafoods, oysters.
