PROFILE
This blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, reveals a beautiful clear and brilliant yellow colour with a very aromatic nose. The palate shows a nice balance between the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc and the roundness of the Semillon. The finish remains long on the palate.
Served between 8° and 10°, it will perfectly accompany fish, white meats such as pork or veal and Asian cuisine.

After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and thermo-regulated concrete.

It is a supple and fruity wine with round and discreet tannins. A ruby colour and red fruit aromas on the nose. Served between 16° and 18°, it will be appreciated with cold meats, red meats such as lamb, duck in all its forms and soft cheeses.

Cold pre-fermentation maceration to express the primary aromas of the grape (red fruit aroma and floral notes).
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, two thirds of the wine is aged in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel vats and one third in French and American oak barrels for 8 to 12 months depending on the batch.
